Lucknam Park, Bath is thrilled to announce the re-launch of their Michelin-star restaurant. Restaurant Hywel Jones by Lucknam Park opens to guests on Friday 7th April 2017 with a new selection of three eight-course tasting menus, in addition to a three-course à la carte menu.
The Tasting Menu will focus on seasonal ingredients and local produce, while the Signature Tasting Menu will include a selection of Hywel’s favourite dishes. The third option will be a Vegetarian Tasting Menu.
Highlights of the new menus include: Cured duck liver, salted almond caramel, spiced cherries and yuzu; fillet of Wiltshire beef, roast white asparagus, morels, wild garlic, smoked potato; and braised fillet of line caught turbot, hand rolled macaroni, buttered crab and iceberg, Wiltshire truffle butter.
The restaurant, situated in the ballroom of the house, has been refurbished in keeping with the room’s classical style and the new table presentation provides a more contemporary finish.
