The Belle Epoque has started 2017 in fine form, by being awarded Four Silver Stars from the AA.
The Cheshire restaurant, now in its 44th year, has added this highly prestigious accolade to their existing Two AA Dining Rosettes.
The Silver Stars Award was introduced by the AA in 2015, as a way of adopting a more critical approach to those establishments featured within its recognition guides.
Only given to a select number of venues across the UK, the award recognises a superior level of quality, and an exemplary standard of hospitality, service and cleanliness. The Belle Epoque receives the award as a ‘restaurant with rooms’.
The Silver Stars Award is reflected in both editions of the guide book, the AA.com website, and the mobile app.
“We are delighted to have been awarded Four Silver Stars from the AA, as well as maintaining our Two AA Rosettes, of which we are very proud” said Director, Matthew Mooney.
“The award is a reflection of the hard work put in by the team, and while the venue has evolved and changed over the past four-and-a-half decades, our commitment to providing an outstanding dining experience is as strong as ever” he added.
Harden’s Restaurant Guide & The Michelin Guide
This outstanding dining experience has also contributed to The Belle Epoque’s inclusion in the Harden’s Guide for over ten years, a handbook renowned for highlighting the UK’s most notable restaurants.
With a passion for using homegrown and locally sourced ingredients, The Belle Epoque’s seasonal a la carte offering has also secured it a place within the Michelin Guide for the past 43 years.
In addition to attracting discerning diners, celebrity guests, sporting figures and families, The Belle Epoque is also an award-winning wedding venue, with multiple family generations choosing the historic venue for their special day.
