Condé Nast Traveler US today announced the results of its 29th annual Readers’ Choice Awards, with Flemings Mayfair recognised in the Top Hotels in London category with a score of 88.89 out of 100.
Henrik Muehle, General Manager of Flemings Mayfair, comments: “We are delighted to have been recognised by Condé Nast Traveler as one of London’s best hotels. Our impeccable offering is unparalleled across the capital thanks to a £15m investment this year which saw 129 new look bedrooms and the launch of Ormer Mayfair, our stunning new restaurant from Michelin-starred chef Shaun Rankin. We will continue to bring the highest standards of service to guests from across the world, offering them a truly luxurious experience in the heart of London.”
Over 300,000 dedicated readers – nearly twice as many as last year – cast votes for 7,394 hotels, 606 cities, 500 cruise ships, and 236 islands, in an average survey time of 8.4 minutes. The result? The 1,402 best travel experiences in the world.
One of the oldest family-owned hotels in London, Flemings Mayfair is part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World. The award-winning hotel offers unrivalled luxury accommodation in one of London’s most prestigious neighbourhoods moments from Green Park, Piccadilly and a short walk from Buckingham Palace.
The US Condé Nast Traveler Readers’ Choice Awards are the longest-running and most prestigious recognition of excellence in the travel industry and are commonly known as “the best of the best of travel.” Under Editor in Chief Pilar Guzmán, the Readers’ Choice Awards have become more selective and specific to the passions that inspire today’s travellers.
