London’s ‘Healthiest’ Cocktail Menu: LAUNCH NEXT WEEK

September 3, 2016

London's 'Healthiest' Cocktail Menu LAUNCH NEXT WEEK 1

You know the feeling. You need a cocktail or two, but fear your body won’t thank you for it. Cold-pressed juice company PRESS has the answer. On Thursday 8th September 2016, PRESS will launch a full selection of juice-based cocktails with not one, but five leading distilled spirits brands. Each drink on the fresh, invigorating and vitamin-packed menu combines coldpressed, raw and/or unpasteurized juice with an award-winning or world-first spirit.

Health bunnies can select from PRESS concoctions shaken up with either 100% Blue Weber agave Casamigos Tequila (the award-winning tequila originating in Mexico’s Jalisco Highlands and owned by longtime friends George Clooney, Rande Gerber and Mike Meldman) or stirred in with Belvedere Vodka, distilled from the finest Dankowskie Gold Rye using time-honored, Polish vodka-crafting expertise. Alternatively, the crisp Sipsmith options combine ingredients plucked closer to home in Sipsmith’s very own Chiswick-based copper distillery. Whisky fans can sip on A.R.C. Albion Racing Club (the world’s first spiced malt), whose Colombian coffee bean infusion blends particularly well with PRESS’s dairy-free Espresso Leche. There is even something for teetotalers thanks to alcohol-free cocktails from Seedlip – the world’s first distilled, non-alcoholic spirit.

London's 'Healthiest' Cocktail Menu LAUNCH NEXT WEEK 2

Even the location feels nourishing: the menu will be available from PRESS’s latest London juice bar – the first European in-store juice bar for technical athletic apparel company lululemon. Fergus English, PRESS’s on-site General Manager, is primed to serve up the new menu – his expertise has previously been applied all over London, from Soho’s Mexicanthemed El Camion to The Rum Kitchen in Notting Hill.

PRESS founder Ed Foy says, “It is incredible having such established and acclaimed spirits brands on board to inject an alcoholic (or non-alcoholic in Seedlips’s case) kick into this new PRESS cocktail menu. I truly feel that the result both encapsulates and boosts PRESS’s guiding mantra of ‘Let us dream, let us never stop trying, let us laugh, let us make someone else’s day, let us live in the moment…. Let us live the juice life’.”

When: From Thursday 8th September 2016

Where: PRESS, Old Spitalfields Market, London E1 6EW

**Prices and full cocktail information will be released on 8th September 2016
