Ingredients
- 1 box Fry’s Crisp Louisiana Tenders
- 2 Fry’s Braai Flavoured Country Herb Sausages
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- ¼ box Fry’s Thick Cut Chunky Strips
- ½ box Fry’s Chicken-Style Strips
- 60ml Sweet chilli sauce
- yellow pepperdews
- Olives
- Sundried tomato tapenade
- Skewers
Method
- Cook the Louisiana tenders, and the chunky strips according to the cooking instructions on the box.
- Cut each of the Braai-flavoured country style herb sausages into 5, now place a cherry tomato on top and secure, using a skewer.
- In a pan heat up the sweet chilli sauce, once heated add the chicken-style strips and cook for about 5 minutes or until cooked.
- For service, get a nice big platter and place all the above ingredients nicely onto the platter.
- Serve with your choice of dipping sauces.
