Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa has appointed Sean Melville as the new Executive Head Chef responsible for its award winning 2 AA Rosette Squires Restaurant.
Sean joins the Hotel after a long and esteemed career in Central London where he worked for some of the most famous and prestigious hotels in the world, including The Ritz and The Dorchester.
Commenting on the move Sean said: “When I first arrived at the Hotel it took my breath away, it has such a beautiful and peaceful ambience. I am really looking forward to working with the team, taking classic British dishes and teasing them into exquisite new creations.”
Open to residents and non-residents, Bedford Lodge Hotel & Spa’s Squires Restaurant provides a completely modern dining experience, updating its menu regularly to incorporate the finest seasonal ingredients.
Sean continued: “I am passionate about working with fresh, local produce, grown and raised with care, and the Hotel’s commitment to only using suppliers within a 50-mile radius resonates perfectly with me.”
