This simple vegan recipe is perfect for school lunch boxes or for those who are on the go.

Ingredients
- 4 thin slices of Fry’s Polony/Slicing Sausage
- 2 slices of a Whole grain bread
- 2 tsp. Hummus
- 1/4 small Onion, finely chopped
- ½ a Green chilli, finely chopped
- ½ a tsp. Olive oil
Method
- Top a slice of bread with polony, hummus, onion and green chilli.
- Add the second piece of bread to make a sandwich.
- Brush outside of sandwich with olive oil and grill it in a sauté pan or on a griddle until bread is toasty golden brown.
