This restaurant will be a fantastic addition to Great Queen Street, which continues to rise in popularity thanks to the quality amenities being introduced, and complements other new dining offers that have recently opened in the immediate vicinity.
The new space, designed by Blenheim Design, is a lighter, brighter and bolder remix of the Shoryu essential elements. The 18th century Grade II* listed interior will look and feel diferent to all previous Shoryu sites, featuring exposed original brickwork, timber floor and hand glazed tiles as well as elements of zinc.
Shoryu will be serving Hakata tonkotsu ramen (a style of ramen made with a thick, rich, white pork soup and thin, straight ramen noodles) from the Hakata district of Fukuoka city on the southern island of Kyushu, Japan.
