New efficient, sustainable temperature measurement solutions at IT Food Summit 2015

June 30, 2015

Smart food manufacturers interested in the latest technology in temperature data capture should visit TME’s stand at this year’s IT Food & Drink Summit at the Motor Cycle Museum, Birmingham on July 7th 2015. To help smart food businesses towards efficient, streamlined temperature measurement, this family-run, British business will be unveiling its MM7000 range of Barcode scanning thermometers. Come and see us at Stand 1.

MD, Tom Sensier says: “The MM7000 range can automate your temperature log book, ensuring an efficient and sustainable temperature monitoring regime by recording not only the temperature, time and date of each measurement but also scanning barcodes to identify products or test points.”

Efficient, sustainable technology

TME’s innovative range of ThermoBar Scan thermometers uniquely combine high accuracy temperature measurement with an integral Barcode reader. The thermometers’ ability to record high-level information about each temperature scan represents the next generation in temperature measurement.

User-friendly features include:

  • User-programmable alarms and remedial action recommendations minimise unnecessarily throwing produce away
  • Download of temperature measurements to PC via Bluetooth or USB interface provide an efficient and green – paperless – solution
  • Large screen displaying instant feedback on each temperature measurement speeds up the whole process of spot checking large facilities
  • Supplied with free open-source software as standard, which saves on cost and simplifies the process of accessing your data

TME visitors are sure of a warm welcome: “If you haven’t seen our products up close before, the show provides a great opportunity to pick up the equipment and give it a try. And we’re always happy to give free advice, so if you need expert solutions come and see us – don’t be shy!”
