Your responsibilities will be to:
- Play an influential role within a motivated, passionate team, working well together to achieve imaginative, extraordinary dishes that surprise and delight our guests
- Be proud of your kitchen, keeping it safe and clean and providing a visible focal point within our restaurant
- Regularly create new, experimental dishes for our menu, combining your own interests and local produce
- Assist and learn from the Head Chef and from Chef Consultant Damian Wawrzyniak, deputising when needed
- Train, inspire and develop Junior chefs
We’d like you to:
- Be qualified to NVQ Level 2 or equivalent or have relevant kitchen experience
- Have previous experience in a gastro pub or fresh food kitchen
- Be determined to learn and progress
- Have great communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Be an inspiring leader who can support and grow an innovative team
Sous Chef Salary up to £32k
Chef de Partie Salary up to £26k
Pastry Chef up to £28k
