Attending Open Kitchen Live is easy, we are just 5 minutes from junction 16 or 17 of the M25 with plenty of parking available when you arrive, or let us pick you up and drop you back to Uxbridge London Underground station.

In addition to seeing all the other processes available from the world’s most sophisticated combination-steamer, come and see our chefs grilling fresh-made Lamb Koftas with Honey & Pomegranate Glaze and Yogurt & Mint Sauce – with Chips using our (patented) Combi/Fry system – or you can have Pita bread instead if you insist!
Chef will be showing how to get the best from using level control, grilling, pan-frying, and steaming a range of Meat & Fish dishes.
Chef will also have prepared pork belly, slow cooked overnight for maximum tenderness with minimum shrinkage – you just have to visit us and sample all this fresh cooked deliciousness!
There are plenty more breakfast, brunch and lunch treats in store at Open Kitchen Live and whilst sampling the food you can focus on how some or all of these processes can extend your menu, increase your food quality, and add to your Profits.
Chef is always happy to discuss your own menu ideas on the day and if you tell us what you would like to see on the day when you register we will do our best to have it ready to cook when you arrive.
