At the Casual Dining Show, buying specialist Lynx Purchasing is launching the 2015 edition of its Casual Dining Report, spotlighting the latest trends in the eating out market.
The Casual Dining Report will be available free from the Lynx Purchasing stand to all visitors to the show, which is taking place at the on 25 and 26February.
Bringing together data from a wide range of sources, the report is designed to help visitors make the most of the show. It includes at-a-glance information on consumer spending and eating out habits, as well as trends in everything from US dishes to craft beer.
John Pinder, managing director of Lynx Purchasing, said: “The Casual Dining Report proved very popular when we launched it at the inaugural show in 2014, but this is a market that moves so quickly, there was clearly a need to produce a completely new edition this year. “The Casual Dining Report is a snapshot of the latest trends, in a user-friendly graphic format. It’s an invaluable tool for operators as they work their way around the show and talk to the many different suppliers hoping to win their business.
“It’s a direct extension of the way we work with our customers, matching their needs to the wide range of suppliers in the market, and making recommendations which support their business on a free, no-contract, no obligation basis.”
Visitors can collect their FREE copy of the Casual Dining Report from the Lynx Purchasing stand (M527) at the Casual Dining Show. The report will also be available at Northern Restaurant and Bar, taking place at Manchester Central in March 17 and 18, where Lynx is on stand 749
