This Chef de Partie position will require you to:
- Work on all sections of the kitchen
- Supporting the Sous and Head Chef
- Be creative contributing to new dishes and ideas for the restaurant
- Cook all food fresh from scratch
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie or Commis Chef
- Committed attitude to work
- Experience in a high volume establishment
- Experience work will all fresh food
- 2-3 Years working experience
This role is offering a generous salary of £21-23k with lots of opportunities for progression within the group
