The Liver Lounge, one of the new catering and hospitality facilities in the iconic Royal Liver Building on the banks of the River Mersey, delivered its first speciality food event this month.
Saturday Kitchen regular, and owner of Café Spice Nemaste, Cyrus Todiwala OBE devised a unique Indian themed canapé menu for the event, which was delivered by a team of Elior chefs from sites across the north of England.
Elior, who won a new seven-year contract to supply catering and hospitality at the Royal Liver Building earlier in the year, teamed with Cyrus to deliver an evening of talks and demonstrations.
David Fradgley, Marketing Manager, Elior UK, says: “The event provided a perfect introduction and networking evening for many of the 10 companies now housed within the historic building. Feedback has been really positive and we’re already planning our next speciality food event.”
