Elior UK has been awarded a new five-year catering contract worth £8.75m by the University of Chichester to transform its campus catering services.
Elior, who are growing rapidly in the University sector, will be working with Chichester to enhance and transform the university’s catering facilities. The focus will be to provide contemporary foods with particular emphasis on excellent customer service.
Further developments include a complete refit of both the Chichester and Bognor campuses’ refectories featuring new café bars, seating areas with Wifi workstations, and a range of serving areas offering a wide range of healthy and affordable food options.
Encouraging students to stay on campus
The new range of food offers have been tailored to fit student and staff tastes and will feature several of Elior’s themed high street concepts designed to encourage all who work and study at the university to stay on campus.
