Benugo, the award winning British landmark restaurant and catering group, has announced plans for Lincoln’s Inn Fields, a new park restaurant and café, set to open in July 2013 in conjunction with Camden’s historic Sir John Soane’s Museum. The unique partnership will see the launch of an 88 cover restaurant, in which Benugo will be investing approximately £500,000 in the redesign and the refurbishment of the building, which will be overseen by the group’s preferred designers, PATH.
Cultural destinations
The opening follows the success of Hyde Park’s Serpentine Bar & Kitchen, The Riverfront at BFI Southbank, and Ashmolean Dining Room in Oxford, all of which offer expansive park, riverside or roof terrace dining.
Lincoln’s Inn Bar and Kitchen, will celebrate the unique and iconic green space much loved by residents, local workers and museum visitors alike, with a range of diverse and exciting food, executed with passion and pace. Other destinations of cultural interest – in which Benugo operate – include The V&A, Museum of London, Natural History Museum and Edinburgh Castle.
