Are you a talented Pastry Chef who wants to work for an award winning company? This prestigious 4 star hotel is looking to recruit a Head Pastry chef. The Hotel Executive Chef is keen to recruit an individual with an eye for detail and a passion and flair for pastry, to run this very busy section.
As Head Pastry chef you must have recent experience of working in a 2AA Rosette establishment, be a great team player, and have exceptional attention to detail standards and a good steady work history. Whilst this role requires you to manage 2 well established junior chefs, our client believes that it may also suit an experienced pastry chef without previous management experience.
The company offers an excellent package for the right individual, a salary of up to £28,000, 28 days holiday per year, and a share of the tips.
