The University of Birmingham is planning to refurbish its historic Victorian facilities in Edgbaston as part of a £300m modernisation programme.
The ambious upgrade project at the red brick university will be delivered as a series of projects ranging from £300,000 refurbishment packages to £60m new build jobs.
Plans are still at an early stage and the university has just started the hunt to find an architect to lead a multi disciplinary design team.
