We have introduced Italian and Spanish deli meats as part of our rapidly expanding chilled range. Our Prosciutto Crudo, Milano Salami and Chorizo will bring an instant continental twist to any restaurant, café, sandwich bar or outside catering business.
The meats are ideal for antipasti, salads, buffets, sliced meat platters and deli sandwiches, and make a perfect partner to 3G’s Mediterranean Bread Selection, which includes Sundried Tomato & Basil Focaccia and Walnut Mini Loaf.
For starters or sophisticated summer bar snacks, the meats can be complemented with 3G’s chilled Semi Sun Dried Tomatoes (1kg) and Large, Green, Marinated, Pitted Olives (2.5kg).
3G’s chilled range also now includes raw chicken mini fillets, supremes and standard fillets, as well as a selection of chilled milks and creams.
New lines are continually being added to the chilled range, which was introduced in September 2009 with 18 products and has expanded to include a wide selection of cooked sliced meats, raw meats, seafood, sandwich fillings and cheeses.
The products can be delivered to customers together with fresh or frozen orders offering maximum convenience thanks to 3G’s multi-temperature vehicles.
Tim Shearer, Marketing Manager for 3G Food Service and Seafood Solutions, says: “Our latest sliced meats have been introduced to help customers bring a sophisticated touch to summer menus without paying specialist deli prices. They are extremely good value for money, great quality and very versatile.
“Chicken portions in a variety of types and sizes were the next natural step in our chilled range and a direct response to customer demand, as was the addition of milks and creams – customers told us they had almost all they needed in one delivery from 3G but still had to order in fresh milk and cream, so now we can bring that too!
“With all our products, chilled, frozen or ambient, we have an expert team available to work with customers and help them make the best use of our foods. Our job is to make life as simple as possible for chefs and caterers, with great food and fresh ideas to tempt customers and keep them coming back.”
