We suggest you address four key areas.
- SOLID FOUNDATIONS– Where did the business come from? Set out a brief history of your business and show it is built on solid foundations.
- CULTURE – ADDED VALUE SERVICES– How do you ‘work with’ your customers? Beyond your product/service proposition set out how you ‘work with’ your customers and the added value services you provide.
- PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT– What new product/service developments are you looking at in the near future? Let people know what is in your development pipeline and encourage them to stay informed of these by contacting you.
- CONTACT DETAILS– Use people if possible – readers like names and job titles and are much more likely to contact an individual rather than generic details. Also use all contact methods, phone, email, website, and social media.
Let readers contact you how they prefer and choose to.
Words – You can use as many words as you like but…focus on getting them read – don’t try to tell your whole story. You are providing an insight into your business and readers can contact you for more information.
Images – Use your logo and brand images as well as product images.
Links – Use links to specific website pages providing more information on specific parts of your business highlighted in your feature.
