Rational SelfCookingCenter XS modelThe new generation SelfCookingCenter combi oven is now available as the XS version in unit sizes 6 x 2/3 GN and in the familiar unit sizes 6 x 1/1 GN to 20 x 2/1 GN. Offering customers more optimisations with the same functionality and performance as previous models, the SelfCookingCenter is the first intelligent commercial cooking appliance that interacts with chefs, getting to know the chefs preferences so that, they will deliver the best possible cooking results together.
RATIONAL will be showcasing the new CombiMaster Plus combi oven now also in the XS format and with automatic cleaning. The CombiMaster Plus is now also available in the XS format, delivering with the same performance as its bigger siblings. The now smallest unit from the CombiMaster Plus series fits into the smallest professional kitchen. However, Rational maintains its reputation as an innovative equipment manufacturer with its larger units too – because the automatic cleaning function is now available for all the CombiMaster Plus units.
Rational SelfCookingCenter 101 modelOn stand F2, the Rational expert chefs will demonstrate how easy it is to prepare different meal occasions, with the new generation SelfCookingCenter 101, CombiMaster Plus 101 and XS models, including breakfast, grab-and-go, baking, a la carte and casual dining items with flexibility and consistent results.
The SelfCookingCenter shows which foods can be cooked together on the iLevelControl display and chefs can specify what they want to prepare. iLevelControl monitors each rack individually ensuring consistent results every time. In addition, according to the load quantity and how often and for how long the door stays open, iLevelControl intelligently corrects the cooking time and even lets the chefs know. iCookingControl will prepare food exactly as the chef specfies. It recognises the size and condition of the products as well as the loaded quantity. It thinks ahead and constantly reprogrammes and automatically adapts the cooking ideal path to the desired result.
Rational will be demonstrating ConnectedCooking: the world’s most state-of-the-art networking solution for professional kitchens; available for both Rational and Frima units it opens up numerous possibilities for making everyday kitchen work safer, simpler, and more convenient. Chain operations can also manage all connected units centrally and control production processes effectively.
Frima part of Rational UK will be exhibiting on the stand and visitors will be able to see how a kitchen with a Rational and a Frima VarioCooking Center can cook everything that a modern foodservice operation requires – on a minimal footprint, using less energy than conventional appliances.
