A new hotel arrival on Paul Street opened its doors on Monday 20th March. Inside and out of the flagship property for Point A Hotels you will find a contemporary new build which offers sophistication and modernity at an affordable price, accommodating 181 rooms.
This is the seventh property to open this quarter in the chain from the Queensway Group and has been designed for both business and leisure.
Tapping into the local wealth of art and creativity in the area, Point A Hotel London Shoreditch commissioned local artist, Vic Lee, to create bespoke London centric murals. The illustrations can be seen as you walk through the halls of the hotel, as well as individual pieces of art taking centre stage in each bedroom.
The hotel rooms also boast, what other budget hotels do not, a mood lighting gadget allowing you to switch between all the colours of the rainbow dependent on your mood.
The bold, loud and quirky ethos of Shoreditch makes it an ideal location for visitors in London. To improve guest knowledge of the area, Point A Hotels has also joined forces with local influencers ‘The London Thing’ and ‘Tiki Chris’ to provide their top tips for the best venues in the area.
This has marked the final opening for Queensway this quarter, having opened six properties across London and one in Glasgow in the last 10 weeks, representing a £2.5 million brand investment.
Queensway Group is a family-owned property business, which over the last forty years has built a broad portfolio of interests in hotels, restaurants, coffee houses and property. The dynamic property management group has now launched seven Point A Hotels, representing an asset value of £200 million.
Naushad Jivraj, Queensway Group CEO explains; “Shoreditch is a great investment for us, it’s well positioned offering business and leisure guests everything on the doorstep as well as having outstanding transport links to the rest of the city. It’s been an eagerly anticipated opening and we launched it with a big bang! We’re really committed to Point A Hotels and we aspire to become a well-loved, affordable hotel chain with quality and reliability at our core.”
