Revere, the premium arm of Marston’s PLC, will open Foundry Project on 28th April on The Ginnel in Harrogate. The new bar will offer artisan products with a focus on innovative cocktails, craft beers and specialty Caravan coffee.
A new experimental cocktail menu, including Foundry Project signature ‘smoked’ cocktails, will sit alongside a wide range of craft beers, authentic ales and local draughts, plus an extensive wine list. Complementing the bar offering, a selection of sourdough pizzas, burgers and sharing platters will be available. Open from 9am daily, the all-day destination will be open for breakfast through to dinner and weekend brunch.
Designed by Concorde, the 2,638-square foot, 174 cover site (150 indoor, 24 outdoor), will emulate the foundry factory aesthetic through industrial inspired décor, with walls featuring a mix of distressed timber and aged metal wall cladding, and a dark colour palette throughout. Both the raised dining space and lower bar will feature hanging lights, metallic mesh panelling and exposed copper beams. Seating will include banquettes, Chesterfield-style sofas and traditional dining settings on both levels.
Colin Sadler, Managing Director of Revere, comments: “We are delighted to be expanding Foundry Project with our second site in Harrogate. We’ll be recruiting between 30-40 new staff members for the site and believe the new bar will bring a unique venue to the spa town and is a key part of the continued transformation of the Revere brand.”
Foundry Project has evolved from the opening of Foundry 39 in Edinburgh in 2016.
