Thursday 12th January 2017 saw the star-studded launch of the much anticipated new live entertainment dining venue, Bunga Bunga Covent Garden. Sheridan Smith treated celebrity guests including Lottie Moss, Donna Air & Joshua Kane, to an exclusive one off performance of Don’t Rain on My Parade and People, as the headliner to an all singing- all dancing spectacular evening in association with MARTINI.
Guests including Levison Wood, Natalie Pinkham and the Made in Chelsea cast entered through the secret meat locker fridge to the underworld brimming with old school Italian glamour. Shows played throughout the night including a spectacular performance from the Man in the Balloon, the Champagne Juggler and the Jersey Boys who played alongside the Bunga Boys.
Guests sipped on MARTINI prosecco, Peroni and MARTINI cocktails such as Don Silvio Bunga Martini Rubino vermouth, The King’s Ginger liqueur, home-made chamomile syrup topped with Martini prosecco and Thyme for a Roman Bath with Grey Goose vodka, Martini Rubino vermouth, orange juice, lemon juice, homemade vanilla syrup & lemon thyme. Guests feasted on Bunga Bunga’s famous metro pizza, Gnocco fritto and finocchiona and arancini balls.

BungaTINI on the ground floor is an authentic all-day family friendly Italian pizzeria and bar. However, look again and located in the far corner of BungaTINI is a secret door to a meat locker. Those brave enough to venture beyond the meat locker will find themselves amounts some of London’s finest acts.
Just as The Godfather Part II was the ultimate sequel, Bunga Bunga Covent Garden is the blockbuster follow up to the legendary Battersea site which has just celebrated its 5th anniversary and is well loved for its tongue-in-cheek performances, and delicious Italian food and cocktails. The new site signals a more sophisticated direction for Bunga Bunga, already a firm favourite with high profile fans including Margot Robbie, Cara Delevingne, Katherine Jenkins and Spice Girl Melanie C, without ever losing its sense of fun.
