A waterfront bar is building on a great British tradition with the launch of its brand new Sunday Roast burger.
Liverpool’s Seven Zero One Bar and Base will put everything the nation loves about a roast dinner inside a Yorkshire pudding bun.
It includes a burger, carrot puree, pea puree, parsnip crisps, roast potatoes and is then covered in rich gravy – all inside the innovative bun.
The burger is designed to be the perfect hangover cure for people who have enjoyed the night-life in the city the evening before.
Seven Zero One’s new menu is based on unique and new burger combinations – such as the mac n’ cheese burger and their Scouse burger.
Laurence Whittle, General Manager at Seven Zero One, said: “Everyone who tries the burgers are impressed by them, they are unique, different and taste amazing.
“They are a good size with a lot of new flavours and we put a lot of time and effort into designing our burgers, they really are our speciality. I encourage everyone to come down and try something new.
“With this most recent burger, it is a real hangover cure. When people see it and try the Sunday Roast burger, it does what it says on the tin and has the desired effect.”
The Sunday Roast burger is available now at Seven Zero One, based at the Queens Dock Campanile Hotel.
Maya Battle, the bar’s social media co-ordinator, added: “The burger idea came about from one of our social media followers during the development of our new menu. After loving the idea of a roast dinner burger we got them to come in and try it out, and since then it’s had the seal of approval from all over.”
