Cottons Caribbean Restaurant and Salon de Rhum in Notting Hill Gate will undertake an official Guinness World Records attempt, seeking to be confirmed as the bar with the most varieties of rhum commercially available.
Cottons Notting Hill Gate opened earlier this year, just a stone’s throw from Notting Hill Gate Underground, and is the new flagship site for the brand.
Cottons Notting Hill Gate’s Salon de Rhum is home to a vast selection of rhums ranging from well-known labels to small independents in this enviable collection that has been meticulously sourced from around the world. Cottons will be seeking to make the vast size of its rhum collection official during the Guinness World Records attempt visit.
In the meantime, Cottons are working on a limited-edition rhum menu and matching cocktail, to be offered at the Notting Hill site should the accolade be received.
Plans are also underway for the launch of a Cocktail Training School.
