Nottingham coffee roasters 200 Degrees have signed the lease for their fourth coffee shop; the new site is at 31 Bond Street, Leeds.
Their new venue will bring many familiar elements and standards from their popular Nottingham and Birmingham outlets whilst adding some new ideas into the blend.
Tom Vincent, co-owner of 200 Degrees said;
“Our three existing coffee shops seem to go from strength to strength every week and that’s given us the confidence to look to more cities. We are very pleased to be at the heart of a great city and add to vibrant coffee scene in Leeds. Independent businesses are thriving here and we can’t wait to get a team of highly trained baristas serving coffee from our own roast house, we’ll be looking to recruit as soon as possible. We are very grateful to Richard Shuttleworth of Pudney Shuttleworth and Ben Tebbutt of FHP for helping us get this opportunity.
Our creative team are working on the interior which will be very much along the lines of our others but given that this venue has a distinct 1970’s vintage we will be adding a few stylistic nods to the 20th Century. We have other prospects under development and aim to open two more in fairly quick succession.”
