Leading independent London caterer Vacherin has recruited two new senior team members to grow business in key areas: in its reception services and for a client moving to a modern new office space in London. Wilson Sanches Neto is appointed as General Catering Manager for Vacherin’s client, Ince & Co, an international law firm. Natalie Joyce becomes the first Manager of Entrée – Vacherin’s front-of-house service.
Wilson’s appointment coincides with Ince & Co’s move to floors 14 and 15 of Aldgate Tower in March. This state-of-the-art 460,000 sq. ft. building contains 16 floors of new space and forms part of the wider regeneration of the Aldgate area.
He will lead the team that will provide cashless staff dining and hospitality for Ince & Co’s 300 employees and guests at the new site. This includes: a staff restaurant with hot food counter; barista coffee; Vacherin’s Nutritious & Delicious healthy range; a smoothie and juice bar; live ‘theatre cooking’ from Vacherin chefs; plus services for evening workers. Hospitality includes serving: the 15th floor Client Lounge; client meeting rooms; formal dining menus; and bespoke event catering.
Before joining Vacherin Wilson spent 10 years at Baxter Storey – working on contracts such as Black Rock, Marks & Spencer and Barclays. He graduated at the Institute of Social Science at Parana State in his native Brazil.
Natalie is tasked with building the Entrée business – Vacherin’s front of house, reception and concierge operations. Vacherin believes there is considerable opportunity for entrée to raise the bar in reception and concierge services, delivering a seamless hospitality experience to clients and visitors and Natalie will be instrumental in setting the standards to deliver this.
She is an internationally experienced hospitality professional with an extensive background in team leadership and hotel operations. Her background is primarily rooted in five star hotels in London, USA and Canada where her teams successfully combined technological innovation with traditional warm hospitality. Now she aims to bring this innovation to Entrée.
She joins from London Marriott County Hall, and her past experience includes: The Four Seasons Hotel in Vancouver, Canada; and The JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa, Phoenix, Arizona. She graduated in Business Enterprise at London Guildhall University.
Vacherin’s Commercial Director and co-owner, Phil Roker said: “these are significant and strategic new appointments for us and I am delighted to welcome Natalie and Wilson onto our team. I am sure they will help us continue enhancing and future-proofing the services we offer our clients. ”
