This February Villeroy & Boch will showcase on of their latest hotel and restaurant collection BBQ Passion at Hotelympia. The collection has been specially designed to meet the barbecuing needs for all those in the hospitality sector. The modular product range consists of plates, platters and accessories which allow for the stylist presentation of barbecued dishes.
The collection includes steak plates in a selection of sizes and a dessert plate, all with an integrated grip that makes them particularly easy to handle. The elongated plate and large meat platter have been created with ridges to allow meat juices to drain away from rare or medium grilled steaks. They also feature a divided area for sauces or garnishes which prevent the dish from mixing together.
A particular highlight is the special sausage plate, exactly the right size for a Thuringain sausage and perfect for stylish presentation, even if the sausages are to be eaten when standing. The mustard is served in a divided area and so only comes into contact with the sausage when desired. Also available is a condiment dish with three divisions, a little grill pan, a wooden carrier for standard-size sauce bottles, and a dip bowl, four of which can be placed together in an attractive and space-saving wooden stand.
