Peyton and Byrne have extended their contract with the National Gallery Company Ltd for an additional eight years for an estimated worth of £36 million. Peyton and Byrne will continue to provide quality catering across The National Gallery’s two restaurants ‘The National Dining Rooms’ and ‘The National Café’ as well as two cafés and a private dining room.
Re-design + new concepts
Peyton and Byrne have held the contract for nine years during which time they have won several awards for their innovative approach to public catering services at the Gallery. Over the following year they plan to redesign and develop new concepts for The National Café and self-service areas. Future years will see them work with the National Gallery Company to develop and invest in other space.

Big plans to evolve
