The Beverage Standards Association (BSA) will be holding a panel discussion on how to improve hot beverages and make more profit in your business on Wednesday 24 September at 1545 at lunch! (23-24 September) at the Business Design Centre, Islington, London.
What’s the optimum extraction time for an espresso? Why should I change my water filter every nine months? Why do I need to worry about a pressure boiler inspection? How do I froth milk properly? How should I sell filter coffee alongside my standard hot drinks? How do I attract new customers to my café? How should I train my staff? All these questions and more will be answered by the BSA’s panel of experienced professionals.
If you have any questions relating to improving hot beverages and customer services that you would like the panel to answer, please send them to info@beveragestandardsassociation.co.uk
Martyn Herriott, chairman, BSA, says “We are looking forward to some challenging questions for the panel – please send in your questions in good time so we can include them. We are pleased to be participating in this initiative at the lunch! Show. Although coffee culture is booming in the UK, it is important that independent coffee shops are equipped with all the information they need to build a long term successful business. By providing this panel of experts at lunch!, we hope to do this.”
Visit the BSA stand A103 at lunch! for further information about coffee equipment, technology and training.
