Marlin Apartments, London’s leading provider of owner-operated serviced apartments, has been recognised with ISO accreditation for all its properties and services – a first for an owner-operator within the industry.
While some have been accredited on their offices, Marlin is the first to also be accredited for its apartments and the services it provides. The recognition has been awarded by UKAS after a thorough examination of how Marlin does business and provides its service.
High level of quality and service
The business this week received confirmation of the internationally-recognised ISO: Quality Management Systems of ISO 9001 for Provision of Serviced Apartments & Concierge Services.
The recognition is a sign of quality that resonates at an international level and thus, fundamentally, ISO 9001 independently demonstrates to Marlin’s customers that they will be provided with a consistently high level of quality and service.
Susan Cully, Managing Director of Marlin Apartments said: “The ability to provide consistent quality and service across all aspects of our operation is the key to the success of our business. Being an owner-operator allows us full control of all our processes and provisions, and this is highlighted by this accreditation.
“We are thrilled that the quality of our product and services has been recognised with this exclusive award from a prestigious awarding body. As a team we strive to deliver excellence at every stage of the guest journey, and this is rooted in our processes which have been commended as part of this award. Our clients and guests can be satisfied that when they choose Marlin, they will get a quality experience.”
