Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Jamie Oliver have launched a new River Cottage Channel on You Tube. The new channel joins Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube network from 8 February.
The new channel, produced by KEO film’s digital arm, KEO digital, features new, classic and live content from River Cottage – the gang scours land and sea in search of alternative culinary treats and a sustainable lifestyle.
The channel is brought to viewers from River Cottage’s unique locations – a 65 acre ‘production studio’; a working East Devon farm and cookery school, the River Cottage Canteens, and a London studio. It will run 52 weeks a year and is hosted on a dedicated YouTube Channel and rivercottage.net
There were over 20 million visitors to rivercottage.net last year which has 0.5 million registered users. RiverCottage reaches 5 million people a month via its many social media channels.
River Cottage Food Tube joins Jamie Oliver’s Food Tube, which has in less than a year established itself as one of the leading network of foodchannels in Europe.
