Hotel operator Lowy Group has secured the management contract of 10 Pembridge Gardens, Notting Hill, a property that consists of 58 serviced apartments.
Lowy Group already operate six hotels in London and Brighton as well as three extended stay residences in Central London. It also houses some 2000 students in residential accommodation. The Group’s management division Lowy Hotel Solutions will now also manage the Pembridge Gardens property on behalf of its new owner.
Simon Perkins, Managing Director of Lowy Hotel Solutions, said the company would use its experience of operating in both the hotel and extended stay markets to improve revenues in the short term whilst formulating a strategy to develop the property and maximise its potential. Over the past four years and through the UK recession, Lowy Hotel Solutions (LHS) has increased the aggregate Net Operating Profits of the six hotels it currently operates by an impressive 125%.
Set in a quiet residential street, the apartment building has a selection of studios and bedrooms available for both short and long stay bookings. Notting Hill tube station with its direct access to the City and West End is just a one minute walk away making the apartments attractive to both leisure and business guests.
This is the first of a possible three new lease and management contracts over the next couple of months for Lowy Hotels Solutions who are actively seeking further lease and management opportunities in the hotel and serviced apartment sectors.
