The Master Innholders has announced that its next Annual Hotel General Managers’ Conference will take place on 20th and 21st January at Park Plaza, Westminster Bridge Road, London.
The organisation’s 21st annual conference,’The Keys to Growth’, will focus on the challenges that continue to face the economy and provide the keys to growth for the hotel industry. The two-day event will include presentations from a range of hotel, hospitality, government and finance professionals, who will share their experiences and provide delegates with the tools to help them achieve their business growth goals.

Chaired on day one by the CEO of the British Hospitality Association, Ufi Ibrahim, and on day two by Peter Hancock, Chief Executive, Pride of Britain Hotels, the 2014 conference programme will have an impressive line up of speakers and subjects, including:

Answers and tools to help the industry
Andrew Stembridge FIH, MI, Master Innholders Chairman, says: “While we cannot ignore the challenges which continue to face the economy, this year’s programme has been designed to provide answers and tools to help the hotel industry.
“The programme sessions are relevant to hotel managers at all levels and the conference remains the only one of its type, inspired and delivered by general managers for general managers.”
This year’s conference will have improved booking arrangements, thanks to the support of Grass Roots. Through a new, purpose-built website, transactions will be more efficient, providing real time confirmations of bookings. One free place will be offered with every four booked at the same time, providing bookings are received by 30th November. Furthermore, delegate’s rates have been held at a special hoteliers rate of £395 (including VAT), but only until 20th December.
