The alcohol industry hit out at the Scottish Government’s proposal to introduce a new minimum price of 45p per unit of alcohol.
The Scottish National Party proposed the new plan in the Alcohol Bill published today (3 September). The bill contains measures supposedly aimed at tackling misuse.
