Newcastle University has appointed Kay Jones to the newly created position of Head of Hospitality & Commercial Services to oversee the strategic development of commercial activities for the institution’s Accommodation & Hospitality Services.
Kay joins from the position of Director of Marketing & Development at the University’s Business School, prior to which she was Commercial Manager at Newcastle Racecourse & Conference Centre.
